Wonderful hotel that only enhanced my stay. Positive: Hotel Luz was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, the rooms were very nice and overall you definitely get more than your moneys worth stay here. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a good stay and were one of the best parts. It’s just a short walk to multiple cafes and restaurants. It’s close to The Santurce art walk as well so it was nice to stroll the neighborhood. I always felt safe in the area and everyone was very friendly They provided beach towels that could he borrowed if you wanted to head to the beach which was great as I had forgotten to pack one. Its also in a extremely convient area and ubers are always less than 5 minutes away if you would prefer not to walk. Negative: nothing not to like, it was wonderful.

Prima, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding Positive: Het had alles wat je nodig hebt. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen, airco, prima bed! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schoon, goede communicatie. Negative: Toen we aankwamen deed het warme water het niet. Normaal niet een groot probleem maar na 14 uur vliegen was het lekker geweest om warm te douchen. Verder alles prima!

Ubicación excelente, limpieza y comodidad de cama Positive: La ubicación es excelente dentro de Santurce, al lado de la calle Cerra, de la avenida principal donde hay todo tipo de establecimientos, a poco tiempo de La Placita, zona tranquila, segura, con facilidad de aparcamiento. Paradas de guaguas muy cerca para moverse por la ciudad. Aunque la habitación tiene un tamaño muy justo, la comodidad de la cama es excelente y las almohadas. Buena ducha, todo limpio. Con nevera. Hay disponibles toallas para playa y protectores solares, así como dispensador de agua. Coincidimos con el personal y nos recomendó zonas, visitas,... muy amablemente. Negative: No es tema del alojamiento, a penas pudimos dormir porque otros huéspedes llegaron tarde y bastante cargados, hablando muy alto, haciendo mucho ruido, con videollamadas,... les llamamos la atención pero fue peor, gritaron más; al no haber nadie del personal no se puede controlar la mala educación y respeto de los alojados.

Enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem. It’s walking distance from lovely cafes and restaurants. Love that they offered beach towels and sunscreen. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for activities and taxi services. The location was convenient for uber and nearby San Juan attractions. Would have loved some water bottles in the fridge. The studio was snug yet great! I’d stay here again.

Horrible Positive: Location solid. Room was very clean. Negative: $100 missing from my room after only cleaning staff accessed it. I had put do not disturb sign and confirmed with multiple staff members (cleaning and management) not to enter. Yet when I came back in the evening everything was tidied up and many items had been moved. I had left my secondary wallet with one 100$ note in it visibly on the fridge. When I came back it wa gone.
