Positive: Staff is very kind and even rushed over to assist me when I was dragging three bags up the stairs.
Negative: I didn't appreciate the aggressive follow-up asking for positive reviews. I asked them to stop calling and immediately got a bunch of automated text messages. After opting out of those, the requests continued through email. Y'all look thirsty.
