Breezy Veranda w/ City Views + Free Parking

Would not stay here again Positive: Location to the airport Negative: The key code provided did not work It took about an hour of repeated phone calls and texts to get someone on the phone to provide a code. The parking is not free as advertised and I was woken up by a guest yelling in the parking lot because the parking was too tight for them to get their car out. The last thing was a random $52 charge on my credit card over a week later. The hotel claimed we damaged the duvet. The picture looked the wheels of at housekeepers cart ran over the cover. Do not stay here

Will definitely stay here again when I come back Positive: The property was so clean and well kept. Close to the convention center. Stayed with my daughter for the volleyball tournament and it was within my budget. Never once did I feel unsafe. Staff was amazing

Pros: clean and nice hotel room. The staff responds quickly. I had an issue with my shower not draining and they sent someone up within 15 minutes. It’s a good convenient location. Ubers are about $5-10 to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. It’s not luxurious by any means but it is great for a short stay. There are some nice restaurants very close by. A spot right next door has great breakfast for cheap. I also like the reception area has sun block and bug spray for you to use. There’s also a bathroom you can use. Cons: It can be loud and the area isn’t the nicest. It is fine if you just take Ubers but the area can be sketchy at night. You will experience how the locals live. Another con is that you don’t automatically get your room cleaned everyday. You can get this for an additional $20 a day.

Positive: Me gusta su localización, está súper limpio, huele rico y es bastante silencioso a pesar de estar en pleno Santurce.
